This section will provide you with answers to some questions you might have about our facility. If you wish to speak with someone on our staff or would like to visit us, please give us a call at: 914-632-2093.

  1. What are your hours of operation?
    The Nursery is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30AM to 6:00PM.

  2. Are meals included in the tuition?
    The children are served three meals a day - breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. All of our meals are prepared by our chef in our state of the art kitchen. The meals are nutritious and are served family style.

  3. Do the children have outdoor play time?
    The children go outside to our large enclosed multi-level playground twice a day.In inclement weather, the children go to our outdoor covered porch area so that they can still work on developing their large motor skills.

  4. Do the children have daily access to computers?
    Each classroom, except for the toddler classroom, has at least two or three
    computers that the children have access to on a daily basis. We also have a
    computer center in which all of the children, including the toddlers, have access to on a weekly basis. The children are also introduced to the internet with direct supervision by the teachers.

  5. How long has The New Rochelle Day Nursery been in existence?
    The New Rochelle Day Nursery has been in existence for 115 years. We are the first licensed day care center in New York State. We are the best kept secret in New Rochelle.
